My Organizational Development (OD) practice borrows from several paradigms including Narrative Theory and Appreciative Inquiry, which forms an action-research modality that is highly effective in bringing forward your organization’s most effective management and cultural practices, particularly those aspects related to the organization’s relational and systemic health.
My organizational work is all about the art of creating new possibilities. This OD practice operates from different theories of change, time frames, methodological assumptions, and distinctive practices, emphasizing a special spirit of inquiry, and collaborative/democratic leadership. I am available for stand-alone workshops on organizations relational and systemic health and related issues, I also partner with clients over the course of a long or short-term transition, providing consultation and support as needed.
