For people and organizations who have outgrown the story that once made sense.

You're standing at a threshold. The old structure has collapsed — the identity, the vision, the map you were using — and the new one hasn't arrived yet. This isn't a failure of imagination. It's a particular kind of passage, and it requires a particular kind of guide.

I'm Chris Hoff — therapist, futurist, cultural architect, and consultant. For twenty years I've worked at the intersection of narrative practice, futures thinking, and organizational life. I work with people who are serious about what comes next.

Cultural Architecture, Not Self-Help .

Most of my work falls into three modes:

Threshold Therapy — Deep individual work for people navigating significant life transitions, identity reconfiguration, or existential reorientation. This is clinical work informed by narrative practice, Zen, and two decades in liminal space.

Coaching for Creatives and Entrepreneurs — Strategic partnership for people building something that matters. We work on narrative clarity, future orientation, and the hard problem of sustaining a vision over time.

Organizational Work — Cultural architecture for leaders and teams whose old story has run its course. This includes executive coaching, futures facilitation, and organizational narrative consulting.
